Why we started the business?

We started Xcelerate after watching great brands bleed budgets on “viral” reach with zero guardrails. Creators were treated like inventory, not a channel. Briefs came late, positioning was fuzzy, and reports were screenshots—not answers. Founders kept asking a simple question: “Is this actually moving the needle?” No one could say, confidently.


We built the system we couldn’t find: strategy-first creator mapping, visibility × positioning as the non-negotiable, and measurement that a CFO trusts. The Gap (what we saw)

Here’s the gap we kept bumping into: brands were being sold creator inventory before a strategy existed; campaigns chased visibility without sharp positioning, so reach leaked value; reporting fixated on vanity metrics—likes and screenshots—without audit-ready numbers a CFO trusts; and operations were chaotic: loose briefs, inconsistent contracts, messy disclosures, delayed payouts. 


The result was guesswork and budget waste. Xcelerate exists to reverse that—fit-first planning, disciplined governance, and measurement that makes scale/stop decisions obvious.


The Switch (what we changed)

Nitin Joshi

Founder

Nitin is a builder–strategist and business content creator with a 2M+ audience. After studying how brands actually grow (and where they leak money), he kept seeing the same pattern, creator inventory was pushed before strategy, positioning was fuzzy, and reports were screenshots. Xcelerate is his answer, it is a system where creator fit follows strategy, visibility is paired with positioning, and decisions are made on the basis of tangible metrics. He’s hands-on in mapping the narrative, setting guardrails, and making the scale/stop list painfully clear. No drama, only numbers founders and CMOs can trust.

Sunil Chopra

Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer

Sunil is the partnerships compass. IIM Lucknow class of ’91. An awarded CEO, seasoned Board Director and serial entrepreneur. In his 35 years of journey he has led and mentored numerous Global and Indian brands. He joined Xcelerate because founders didn’t need more “reach”; they needed credible outcomes and a partner who could translate objectives into Wins – predictably, transparently and consistently. Ravikant Sharma

An IIM Calcutta alumnus, Ravikant is the calm operating system behind Xcelerate. He built the governance you wish every agency had: airtight briefs, approval paths, contracts, disclosures, payouts, reconciliation, and a clean data room. He stepped into this space after watching solid campaigns collapse under messy ops and missing audit trails.
